TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

We require all our customers to read and agree with the following terms. This is to ensure your safety while using our equipment and keeps our equipment from being damaged. You will need to sign disclaimers notice upon delivery.

Please reads the following terms and conditions that Big Bounce 4 Life insist on agreeing prior to hire.

Safety and Care of the Equipment

1. Children Only on Equipment unless it is an adult Equipment.

No Adults should be on any equipment which is supplied for children use.

Children age is under 12years old.

2. No Food, Drinks or Shoes on Equipment

This is including, no chewing gum is no allow on or near the equipment.

This is to avoid the risk of choking and mess.

3. £20 Cleaning Fee

No Face Paint, No Party Poppers, No Confetti

Please keep the castle clean as possible as a £20 cleaning fee will charged if the equipment needs clearing/ cleaning off.

4. £20 Dirt Deposit in Special Circumstances

In Special Circumstances where the staff believe there is a high risk of the equipment getting heavily soiled e.g. dirt patches, building materials, Face Painting, Our Staff will take a £20 Dirt Deposit.

If the Castle is return dirt-free then the Dirt deposit will be returned.

If the Equipment is returned soiled, the deposit will be kept as a cleaning fee.

5. A Responsible adult must always be supervising the equipment.
6. No Dangerous activities on equipment

No Climbing, No Somersaults, No hanging from Walls, No siting on walls, or any other dangerous activities.

7. No Fighting on the equipment

No Fighting, No Pushing, No Wrestling, or any other behaviour which could lead to damage or distress to the equipment or others.

8. No Running Side to Side

This will cause the Equipment to Dislodge and Tip Over. This will be dangerous and damage to equipment.

9. No Pets on the Equipment

No Pets are allowed on the equipment are any time. Any damages will be charged a repair fee starting from £50. Any Soiling damage will be charged £50.

10. No Bouncing on the front Step

The use of this step is to get on and off the Inflatable. Bouncing on this step could be dangerous

11. No Smoking, open fires or Barbecue near any of the equipment.
12. No Over Crowning

Please ensure that the number of persons using the equipment is limited to the recommended amount. Please be aware all equipment has an age range which must be adhered to. Avoid large and small children using the equipment at the same time.

13. No one is allowed on equipment while inflating and deflating

This can be Dangerous

14. Do not use if Wet

If the jumping area on the equipment becomes wet, it should not be used.

Many of our Bouncy Castles are fitted with rain covers.

15. Anyone with a history of Back or Neck problems should not use Equipment.

Anyone feeling unwell should not use the equipment either.

16. Ensure there is enough Space amount the Equipment.

Please ensure there is 2 feet on the sides and 4 feet to the rear.

17. Keep Inflatable equipment on in Heavy Rain.

Please ensure the equipment remains inflated and cover the any electrical leads/sockets.

Do not cover the Blower. Bubbling and wetness on the inflatable is normal. This can be dried with a towel.

18. If the Blower stops working.

Please ensure everyone gets off the equipment safety.

Please ensure there nothing obstructing the tube to the castle.

Check that all the tubes are tightly fasten at the bouncy Castle.

19. Our Extension Cables

Our Big Bounce 4 Life Equipment should be used in our Extension Leads.

Any Damages to our equipment will be chargeable to replacement value.

Delivery and Collection of Equipment

1. Two forms of ID are required for are hire.

1^st must be photo ID – Driving License, Passport, etc

2^nd can be a recent bank statement, Utility bill, etc

Big Bounce 4 Life might also request a photograph the responsible person by the equipment in exceptional circumstances.

2. Please supervise all children during setup and packing away.

It is the hire responsibility to ensure all children and vulnerable adults are don’t touch any of the equipment during setting up a packing away. Big Bounce 4 Life can be held responsible for any getting hurt on our equipment during setting up and packing away.

3. Full Payment on Delivery

Cash is requirement on delivery to give to the Big Bounce 4 Life Staff. Our Staff does not accept cheques or card payments.

4. Big Bounce 4 Life cannot be held liable for any damages to the property indoors and outdoors while delivering and collect our equipment. It is the Hirer responsible to ensure there is enough room for the equipment to pass and also inform the staff of any known underground services when using stake to anchor the bouncy Castles.
5. Delays in Setting Up and Packing away.

The Big Bounce 4 Life Team has a very extensive task of getting all the delivery and collections on time. The maximum amount of time they have at each drop off or collection is 25mins.

Please plan ahead and minimise these common delays.

• Gaining Access
• Moving Vehicles
• Excessive distances from our vehicle to the setup area
• Taking down washing Lines
• Moving Items such are Bikes, trampolines etc
• Cutting overhanging branches or mowing grass
• Getting Cash from the cash point.

We reserve the right the Cancel the Booking. If it is possible the delivery team needs to leave to continue with other bookings and return later, it may not be in time for the start of your event.

6. If the Property is not suitable for our equipment, we will refuse hire.

Please ensure all sizes and clearance are check before booking and delivery as full payment is due if inadequate space is available.

7. Your Area Delivery Costs are given when booking.

We may be able to deliver equipment outside these areas shown on the Website.

8. If Big Bounce 4 Life are unable to provide your castle a full refund will be given.

Overnight Booking

1. Outdoor Overnight Hires are subject to you having a secure garden.

The Garden must be fenced and locked with a bolt.

2. All moveable equipment (blowers, extension leads, mats, etc) must be moved into a secure area (house or garage)
3. Inflatable units must be covered with the provided ground sheet.

This will clean the inflatable as clean as possible throughout the night.

4. All overnight booking must be available to collect the day after from 7am.

All castles will be examined to ensure there are no damages and in the same condition as when it was dropped off.

5. If any equipment is stolen from your property, you will be liable for the replacement cost in full.

In regards to damage and theft, our equipment is not covered by our insurance while in your possession. You may need to check with your home insurance if you’re covered.

6. We reserve the right to refuse overnight hires if we believe our equipment will be at risk.

In these circumstances, equipment will be collected on the day of hire.

Late Booking

1. Bookings can be made on the day depending on availability, but advance booking is advised to avoid disappointment.

We recommend making all bookings in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings Less Than £100:

1. Cancellation must be made 48 hours before the arranged delivery time for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice before the delivery time will incur a charge of 50% of the full price.
3. All Booking Cancelled on the day will be charge the full price of the booking.

Bookings £100 or Over:

1. All orders equal to or over £100 are subject to a 30% cancellation fee regardless of when the order or cancellation is made.
2. Cancellations made 1 week before the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
3. Cancellations made 48 hours before the event will be a 100% cancellation fee.

On Day / On site Cancellations

1. Cancellations made on-site after the entertainment has been set up or partially set up will incur a 100% cancellation fee with no reduction offered.
2. Cancellations on Arrival Due to Fitting, Unsuitable Locations or Unsuitable Ground Conditions such as dog waste/ uneven ground/ sharps objects etc.
3. If upon arrival, the items do not fit the chosen venue, or the ground is deemed unsuitable, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
4. No exceptions will be made. Payments made will be considered as a booking fee and are non-refundable.

Weather Conditions

1. Once our inflatables, soft play, or any other hire items are accepted and set up, and it rains on the day or the items are not used for any reason, refunds will be not given.

   This covers costs already incurred for testing, organising, loading up, vehicle and generator hire, and staff commitments.

2. If poor weather conditions are anticipated, customers are advised to contact us before delivery to discuss the situation.
3. We may have to cancel your booking due to adverse weather, Vehicle failure or illnesses.
   Although this is rare, we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity.

Disclaimer

Big Bounce 4 Life will not be held responsible for any injury caused while using our equipment.

Anyone using our equipment will do so at their own risk.

The person/Hirer of the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injuries occurring from a result of misuse or reckless use.

The above guidelines are for the safety of all who is using our equipment and the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure they are adhered to.
