Delivery
You’re probably wondering how it all works hiring a bouncing castle in Edgbaston. Don’t worry we supply all equipment needed to hire one of our Inflatables. All we require is for you to ensure that the site is clear as we’re unable to move toys to facilitate set-up. We deliver to your doorstep, we set-up in required location and take down when occasion is over. We will need to plug our extension into your home or venue electricity socket to power equipment.
Delivery is normally between 7am and 1pm. To maximise the number of Castles we can deliver, we will try to adhere to dropping Castles off in postcode order to ensure everyone has their castle on the day for an enjoyable length of time. If when booking you require the Bouncy Castle Overnight, we also have the option on our online booking system for you to select, it will calculate the price to your order.
Our service does come with a delivery charge; however, a vast majority of locations do have a Free Delivery Charge. Check our online booking system it’ll calculate delivery charge when booking.
Collection
Collection time may vary to each individual’s party hire requirements; However, Collection is usually between 5pm – 8pm.
If your booking is for specific times due to hall hire or you only require for short amount of time don’t worry your collection will be prioritised if it’s before our collection hours.
