The bouncy castle was fab, all of the kids had so much fun which was perfect for the party! A Great Team. The website is easy to use and lets you see which bouncy castles are available on your selected date. The communication was great including confirmation emails, a phonecall a few days before and a call on the day just before drop off and collection. And the service was friendly, helpful and most of all… safe.
I cant fault the Big Bounce Team.

Our original bouncy castle was cancelled on the day and I managed to book one with Big Bounce 4 Life 2 hours before my party. Thank you so much for coming out on such short notice. Sean was really helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend these guys and I will be using them again in the future.

We loved having the jungle theme bouncy castle and soft play with a ball pit for our little ones first birthday it completed the theme and the kids loved playing on them. From booking to payment to turning up on the day and setting up was so easy it put our minds at rest that you sorted everything out and let us enjoy the party with no stress. Great service. Very professional & reliable. Hired the ufo castle & big slide package for my son’s birthday and was shocked at the size of the castle and the slide! Sean came and set up for my grandsons birthday yesterday, bang on time, no fuss and great attention to detail to make sure the set up was perfect. We couldn't keep the children, and adults inc Grandma, off it all afternoon . Collected as arranged in the evening to end a perfect day, brilliant value for money and would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone, we shall certainly be using the service again. The bouncy castle in the back garden made out little girls party the kids had a blast even tho it was cold outside. Fantastic service! Fantastic price. Love using down to earth vendors who are friendly and Shawn was very accommodating and very professional. Great communication throughout the booking and even let us keep the castle until the next morning for a very reasonable fee when we asked after he had finished setting up. Am going to book the disco dome for next year! Came the next morning nice and early and just got on with the pack down really quick so I didn’t even need to worry about it even though I did offer to help.

Wrong up Tuesday night, for a bouncy castle for the Saturday! Sorted straight away, they managed to work around the times I need it for so I could have longer.
Two lovely men come, explained everything great. They give me a
Courtesy call when on the way to drop off and collect. I would 100% recommend, would use again, also the pricing is great and very reasonable.

A great selection of bouncy castles. We had the one with the slide and the ball pit which was perfect for us. Sean delivered it on time and collected it on time. The castle was clean as was the ball pit with no lingering smells. A fantastic castle which the kids loved and the ball pit was great for just sitting in. A great service from Sean and would certainly use them again. Thank you.

Outstanding customer experience! I received a courtesy call a few days before to confirm drop off and pick up times as well as delivery and set up instructions. The delivery men were there ready to go before us and we were early! Then came bang on time for collection. The bouncy castle was in good, clean repaired and was cleaned before leaving as well as making sure there were safety precautions taken (extra mat to hide trailing wire towards a bathroom entrance) the delivery guy (I'm sorry i can't remember your name) was so friendly. I've recommended them to friends and family. Brilliant service thank you again!!! 😊

Our son had a bouncy castle and ball pit on Sunday 17th July. Roasting hot day but the guys came early, all set up for us in the village hall. No fuss nothing was too much trouble. My son and his little friends had an amazing time and it was pretty stress free for u! The guys were friendly, efficient and professional can't ask for more than that. Bouncy castle hire was no fuss either just a form completed online and then a call to go through everything a few days before. Prices were very reasonable! Will definitely recommend and perhaps we will see you again soon! Thanks ever so much

Had a bouncy castle from these on Saturday they came early really quick set up. After setting up the castle it was all wiped down so lovely and clean. Pick up was quick and easy again castle was wiped clean before it was put away. Can’t recommend these enough.

Shaun the owner was very friendly and professional, he dropped off and collected efficiently and provided safety matting also. Brilliant and very lovely people who run thus company, I'm a very anxious person and struggle with new people but use this company as they're really friendly. I've had 2 castles and had quiet flexible and long hours with both bouncy castles always kept informed about the castle before they leave. They were also happy to answer any of my questions too. Absolutely amazing so very helpful came in set it up with no hassle such lovely people! Came and collected it when it was easier for me the next day! Travelled further then he normally would, but did it as it was my birthday so grateful! Had a dome party castle got the light and music working for me and showed me all needed to know! Would definitely use these again and can’t stress how highly would recommend them for the price as well was unreal how big the castle was!!
