Delivery
For Bouncy Castle hire in Kingstanding Delivery is normally between 7am and 1pm.
All our castles are dropped off in geographical order, unless special hire times are needed, as we’ll always facilitate to our customers’ needs. So, you’re not worried and can concentrate on hosting your Event/Party.
Everyone has their castle on the day for an enjoyable length of time. If when booking you require the Bouncy Castle Overnight, we also have the option on our online booking system for you to select, it will calculate the price to your order.

- Please allow up to 20mins for Inflatable to be set-up and taken down when occasion is over.
- We set-up in your required location if it’s safe to do so.

- We will need to plug our extension into your home or venue electricity socket to power equipment.
Our service does come with a delivery charge; however, a vast majority of locations do have a Free Delivery Charge. Check our online booking system it’ll calculate delivery charge upon booking.
Collection
Collection time may vary to everyone’s party hire requirements, However Collection is usually between 5pm – 8pm.
If your booking is for specific times due to hall hire or you only require for short amount of time don’t worry your collection will be prioritised if it’s before our collection hours.
