🚨 THIS LARGE INFLATABLE CANNOT BE TAKEN THROUGH THE HOUSE.
Suitable access must be provided via a side entrance or another suitable external access route that is large enough for the equipment.
Customers must check their access before booking to ensure the equipment can be safely delivered, transported to the setup area and installed.
If you're unsure whether your access route is suitable, please contact us before booking.
🌱 IMPORTANT – BIG SLIDE GRASS REQUIREMENT
Both of our big slides must be set up on grass.
If you are considering adding a big slide to your booking, please make sure you have a suitable grass area available. The grass requirement applies to our big slides and not to the Party Time Fun Run itself.

Delivery and Collection Times
Home Bookings
For deliveries to residential addresses, we aim to drop off your rental items between 7am and 12:30pm.
Items will be collected after 6pm.
We can't promise exact delivery or collection times because our postcode-based routes change daily depending on the areas we serve, but we'll give you a delivery window and keep you updated on the day.
Overnight Option for Extended Usage
However, we do offer an overnight option to ensure your convenience. With this option, you'll have full access to the equipment for the entire evening, and collection will be scheduled for after 7am the following day. Please note that while we cannot commit to a precise time, this service ensures extended usage for your event.
The overnight option is available for a flat fee of £30 per booking, regardless of the number of items hired.
Venue Bookings
If your event is hosted at a venue and you require specific timing, kindly complete the 'VENUE USE ONLY' section on the booking form.
We kindly request a 1-hour access window before and after your event to facilitate setup and pack-up.
If you're booking for a home address, please refrain from filling out this section, as the specified times will not be considered.
