We're Hiring — Two Roles Available
You'll be the face of Big Bounce 4 Life on delivery days — driving our branded van to party venues across the West Midlands, setting up inflatables, and making sure every customer feels looked after from drop-off to collection.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving our branded van to party venues and private homes
- Loading, delivering, and setting up inflatables and party equipment
- Giving safety briefings to customers on correct equipment use
- Returning after the event to collect and clean down equipment
- Representing Big Bounce 4 Life with a friendly, professional attitude
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (clean — no points)
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Physically fit — some heavy lifting required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Van driving experience preferred but not essential

No driving required — this role is all about being hands-on at events. You'll work alongside our driver to set up and take down inflatables, keep customers happy, and make sure every party runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of inflatables and party equipment
- Setting up and inflating bouncy castles, soft play, and other equipment on-site
- Giving safety briefings to customers on correct equipment use
- Supervising and supporting at events where required
- Helping with the collection, deflation, and cleaning of equipment after events
- Representing Big Bounce 4 Life with a friendly, professional attitude
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Physically fit — heavy lifting and outdoor work involved
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Previous event, hospitality, or physical work experience is a bonus
