Delivery and Collection Times
Home Bookings
For deliveries to residential addresses, we aim to drop off your rental items between 7am and 12:30pm.
Items will be collected after 6pm.
Regrettably, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery or collection times due to the nature of our postcode-based routes, which vary daily depending on the areas we serve.
Overnight Option for Extended Usage
However, we do offer an overnight option to ensure your convenience. With this option, you'll have full access to the equipment for the entire evening, and collection will be scheduled for after 7am the following day. Please note that while we cannot commit to a precise time, this service ensures extended usage for your event.
The overnight option is available for a flat fee of £30 per booking, regardless of the number of items hired.
Venue Bookings
If your event is hosted at a venue and you require specific timing, kindly complete the 'VENUE USE ONLY' section on the booking form.
We kindly request a 1-hour access window before and after your event to facilitate setup and pack-up.
If you're booking for a home address, please refrain from filling out this section, as the specified times will not be considered.
